Responsibilities

Assist in responding to incoming RFPs and proactive requests across DIVE Media and DIVE X campaigns. Develop thought starters, content packages, and creative strategies that advance both our editorial and branded content initiatives. Lead the creation of internal sales materials, including one sheets, content slates, and updates to our go to market strategy. Monitor emerging trends such as new content formats, algorithm changes, and social media topics and apply fresh thinking to enhance our content approach. Requirements

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creative strategy, brand storytelling or brand strategist, ideally at a leading influencer agency. Proven experience building and pitching multi-creator influencer campaigns for global brands. Deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat) and how content performs on each. Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate brand briefs into social-first ideas. Excellent communication skills, confident presenting campaign strategies to both clients and internal teams. Thrives in cross-functional environments and values working with creative, production, and strategy partners to deliver best-in-class work. Resourceful, adaptable, and energized by building in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Preferred
