Essential Job Functions

Contact manufacturers and OEMs to obtain authorization to perform repairs

Apply for payment after authorization and repairs are completed

Follow up on collecting warranty payments

Work closely with technicians to understand and relay needed repairs to manufacturers

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

Minimum one year of RV service experience preferred

Abilities:

Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

Effective communication with various levels of management, staff, and external contacts

Computer proficiency and use of office equipment; proficient with MS Office

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Reliable, strong work ethic; self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Physical ability to adjust, climb ladders, connect, lift, pull, push or bend as necessary
