Job Description
TTI (Techtronic Industries) is a world‑class leader in power tools and accessories. This role focuses on driving sales of our premier product lines within The Home Depot, enhancing sales, account management, and customer service skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class business‑to‑consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging directly with customers to understand needs and recommend tailored TTI product solutions.
Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell‑through.
Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell‑through.
Ensure brand presence and sales‑readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement, and completion of store objectives and resets—leveraging data analytics through Microsoft Power BI.
Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
Participate in TTI’s world‑class training program to be equipped with the knowledge to work independently within your assigned market.
Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution and cultivate long‑term business partnerships.
Effectively manage inventory levels through down‑stocking, maintaining product accessibility, and ensure prompt reporting of all tasks and responsibilities.
Participate in merchandising resets to support TTI’s relentless innovation, ensuring timely placement of cutting‑edge products and solutions that drive growth while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
At least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one continuous year in one state, plus a personal vehicle and accompanying insurance.
Pass drug screening and motor‑vehicle report screening.
Ability to travel to assigned store locations, occasionally to other meetings or events (air travel required).
Physical requirements: capably lifting and transporting up to 50 lbs., moving products on ladders, and standing for the duration of the shift.
Work nights and weekends as required; full‑time retail environment.
Self‑motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
Proficient in MS Office; multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets.
Formal higher education preferred but not required.
Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Non‑Exempt Position (overtime eligible): $24.04 – $25.96/hr (Target annual salary $50,000 – $54,000).
Sales contests and incentives to earn additional income.
Vehicle allowance of $400/month ($4,800/year pre‑tax).
Company iPhone and iPad.

Insurance coverages, including short‑term and long‑term disability, basic life and AD&D.
401(k) with company match 50% up to 8% of salary.
