Field Sales & Marketing Representative – Keene, NH TTI (Techtronic Industries) is a world‑class leader in design, manufacturing and marketing of power tools and accessories, outdoor product equipment and floor care products. This role drives sales of premier product lines within retail partners such as The Home Depot, enhancing your selling, account management and communication skills while launching your career in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class Business to Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging customers to recommend tailored TTI product solutions.

Plan and execute promotional events, product demos and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell‑through.

Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell‑through.

Ensure brand presence and sales‑readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement and completion of store objectives and resets.

Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, product applications and competitive landscape.

Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution and cultivate long‑term business partnerships.

Effectively manage inventory levels, maintaining product accessibility and reporting all tasks and responsibilities.

Participate in TTI’s world‑class training program to work independently within your assigned market.

Qualifications

At least 21 years of age or older.

Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.

Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one continuous year and personal vehicle with valid insurance.

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and using hands to assemble tools and build displays.

Strong organizational, planning and time‑management skills; self‑motivated team player.

Proficiency in MS Office; multilingual preferred in specific markets.

Formal higher education preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly salary $24.04–$25.96, target annual salary $50,000–$54,000.

Sales contests and incentives.

Vehicle allowance $400/month ($4,800/year pre‑taxed).

Relocation assistance for moving to the position if required.
