We’re looking for a
Marketing Technology Developer
to build and maintain reliable tracking across mobile and web. You’ll connect marketing spend to real user behavior, improve conversion measurement, and ensure data quality for smarter growth decisions in a fast-growing EdTech startup helping thousands learn English through music.
Responsibilities
Set up and support event tracking across mobile and web (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase)
Configure and improve Google Ads conversion tracking, including server-side integrations via the Conversions API
Partner with the marketing team to turn campaign requirements into technical implementations
Troubleshoot tracking issues, verify event data quality, and keep tracking consistent across platforms
Own Google Tag Manager containers and coordinate tag releases
Create dashboards and reports linking marketing spend to user behavior and conversions
Maintain event schemas, document them, and keep the tracking plan up to date as the product evolves
Requirements
Strong JavaScript skills and experience with mobile app development (React Native preferred)
Practical experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking configuration
Familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude
Understanding of attribution models, UTM parameters, and the customer journey
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
High attention to detail—tracking issues can be subtle and expensive
Will be a plus
Experience with BigQuery or other data warehouses
Background in mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)
Familiarity with privacy regulations and how they affect tracking (ATT, GDPR)
