You’re a digitally minded media professional who knows your way around Meta, Google Ads, and DSPs. You’ve built and optimized campaigns yourself, managed budgets, troubleshot tracking issues with both placements and pixels. You are comfortable digging into data, solving problems, and using modern tools (including AI) to improve efficiency and performance.
You’re curious, analytical, collaborative, and passionate about media that actually works. You can be client-facing or you can be a behind-the-scenes optimization machine — with confidence executing complex digital campaigns with minimal hand-holding.
What You’ll Do Paid Media Planning and Buying
Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Basis, or similar.
Own budgets, pacing, bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative rotations.
Conduct ongoing campaign optimizations using performance data and platform insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with brand goals and creative direction.
Tracking, Measurement & Analytics
Implement and quality-check tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, platform pixels, event tags, and conversion setups (including server‑side/CAPI where relevant).
Troubleshoot and resolve tracking, tagging, or attribution issues with a high degree of technical competence.
Build reports that translate performance data into actionable insights.
Maintain accurate documentation of budgets, spend, optimizations, and conversions.
Cross‑Channel Strategy
Analyze audience, market, and competitor insights to create research‑driven media recommendations.
Develop integrated media strategies across digital, social, video, audio, and selective traditional channels.
Create and present media plans and optimizations to clients and internal teams (if client‑facing).
Use AI tools for workflow automation, research, insights, creative testing, or reporting.
Evaluate and test emerging tools (AI optimization, predictive analytics, automated campaign testing, etc.).
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
What You Bring (Requirements)
2+ years of hands‑on digital media execution experience (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DSPs, etc.). We need someone who has owned full campaign builds and multi‑step and advanced optimizations.
Demonstrated experience setting up and troubleshooting tracking in:
GA4
Meta Pixel & CAPI
Google Ads conversion tracking
Strong understanding of media math (CPM, CPC, ROAS, GRPs, reach/frequency) and performance based conversion metrics.
Advanced Excel/Sheets competency (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data at both tactical and strategic levels.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and platforms simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) — unless you prefer a back‑end role, in which case strong documentation skills are essential.
Bonus Skills
Expertise in cross‑channel pixel and tag implementation (Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, etc.), including custom events and QA.
Experience with server‑side tracking solutions, such as Meta Conversions API, GTM Server‑Side containers, and event deduplication.
Advanced analytics capability, including GA4 event modeling, UTM strategy, Looker Studio dashboards, and diagnosing data discrepancies.
Strong understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and how to interpret cross‑platform measurement signals.
Hands‑on experience with DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360) and ad‑serving platforms for trafficking, verification, and advanced targeting.
