About the Role As Field Marketing Lead Generator, you’ll be the face of Outdoor Adventures at traveling shows and events across Western Michigan. You’ll set up and maintain eye‑catching displays, engage with potential customers, and generate high‑quality leads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, travel, and customer interaction, and takes pride in presenting a polished and professional brand image.
Compensation & Logistics
Hourly wage:
$15–$20
(based on experience)
Work vehicle is located in Kalamazoo.
Responsibilities
Set up and tear down event displays at traveling shows and expos.
Visit multi‑day shows daily to ensure displays remain clean, organized, and professional.
Restock lead pads, pens, and materials as needed.
Ensure all trash is removed and the booth area remains presentable.
Represent Outdoor Adventures with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership.
Schedule & Employment Type
Full‑time position (part‑time hours may be available).
Weekend availability required.
Requirements
Ability to work independently.
Clean driving record.
Reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Available to work weekends.
