Outdoor Adventures is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Field Marketing Lead Generator to join our team of motivated professionals!
About the Role As a Field Marketing Lead Generator, you’ll be the face of Outdoor Adventures at traveling shows and events across Southeast Michigan. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining professional, eye-catching displays while engaging with potential customers and generating high-quality leads.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independent work, travel, and customer interaction, and takes pride in presenting a polished and professional brand image.
This is a remote position with extensive travel throughout the Detroit, Flint, and Southeast Michigan areas.
Compensation & Logistics
Hourly wage: $15–$20, based on experience
Work vehicle stationed in Davison, MI
What You’ll Do
Set up and tear down event displays at traveling shows and expos
Visit multi-day shows daily to ensure displays remain clean, organized, and professional
Restock lead pads, pens, and materials as needed
Ensure all trash is removed and the booth area remains presentable
Represent Outdoor Adventures with professionalism and enthusiasm
Work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership
Schedule & Employment Type
Full-time position (part-time hours may be available)
Weekend availability required
