Key Responsibilities
Manage the assigned key account for Tier 1 Telecom Carriers, meeting or exceeding budgets and growth targets.
Drive growth through strategic account management, competitive market analysis, and targeted sales planning.
Develop and execute regional and key account strategies to meet or exceed annual sales goals while maintaining profitability.
Lead new product introductions (NPI), negotiate RFQs and pricing, and coordinate with internal teams—including product management, engineering, and factory operations—to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Oversee design reviews, system integration, and operational planning to align with product life‑cycle milestones.
Participate in customer meetings, resolve escalated issues, drive funnel growth, and ensure forecast accuracy across all product lines.
Consolidate business plans, lead cross‑functional collaboration, and promote a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability.
Key Competencies / Strengths
Professional selling skills – large account management and new account development.
Strong customer relationship development.
Highly motivated self‑starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Results‑oriented.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to adapt to Delta’s unique and dynamic culture.
Minimum Qualifications
4‑year degree (Engineering and MBA preferred).
5+ years of direct sales experience at Tier 1 Telecom Operators.
Strong technical background with knowledge in telecom DC power systems, generators, cabinets, and batteries.
Willingness to work late hours to communicate with business units and/or factories in Asia.
Able to travel out‑of‑state and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
Mandarin speaking ability.

This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
