As our Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll turn content into measurable business results across paid and organic channels. You’ll launch and scale multi‑platform campaigns, build full‑funnel systems, and experiment with AI‑driven optimization strategies to continuously refine what works.
This is not about “set it and forget it.” This is about obsession with performance, intelligent targeting, and crafting growth loops that connect brand, data, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across: Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
TikTok Ads & other emerging platforms
Build full‑funnel marketing systems:
Use AI to optimize: Creative testing (e.g., ad variations via ChatGPT or Midjourney)
Audience targeting and predictive modeling
Budget allocation and bidding strategies
Collaborate with the Creative, Content, and AI Optimization teams to ensure aligned messaging and assets
Analyze performance (engagement, CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and turn insights into strategy
Build dashboards and growth reports in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools
Stay on top of algorithm changes, ad tech trends, and audience behavior shifts
Strategic Awareness You know how influence ecosystems work, from bot farms to authentic user communities – and you use that understanding ethically to build trust‑driven, data‑informed growth systems.
You balance performance with integrity, and you see experimentation not as risk, but as your daily operating system.
Success KPIs
Website and funnel conversion rate increases
Growth in email list, traffic, or community size
Speed and success of creative testing cycles
Cross‑platform attribution accuracy and dashboard clarity
Tools You Might Use
AI & Automation: ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative.ai, Pencil, Smartly.io
Required Skills
5+ years in performance marketing, growth hacking, or digital acquisition
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok
Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, AI‑assisted bidding, and
Familiarity with CRM/email automation and funnel design
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong English communication; Arabic or Italian a bonus
Bonus Skills
Programmatic media buying or DSP experience
Influencer campaign coordination or performance UGC
Social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Sprout Social)
Background in consumer tech, ecommerce, or home appliances
Personality & Culture Fit
