Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Specialist to lead performance marketing efforts across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google Ads for a portfolio of high-growth brands. This senior‑level role requires at least 5 years of hands‑on campaign management experience and a strong track record driving measurable results for eCommerce and DTC brands.
The ideal candidate is strategic, data‑driven, creative, and comfortable owning end‑to‑end paid media strategy. This role involves collaboration with creative, analytics, sales, and leadership teams, along with direct client‑facing responsibilities. A proactive mindset and the ability to execute independently are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit
Manage performance KPIs including ROAS, CPA, MER, LTV, and AOV for eCommerce and DTC clients
Develop media plans, forecasts, budgets, and testing roadmaps aligned with client goals
Serve as the primary client contact for paid media initiatives, including leading strategy calls and performance reviews
Build and present data‑driven performance reports using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and Sheets
Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepting, creative briefs, and performance‑driven iterations
Launch and optimize affiliate marketing programs aligned with paid strategies
Test and implement emerging AI tools for optimization, attribution, reporting, and creative development
Support sales and leadership teams in pitches, strategy presentations, and client meetings (travel up to 10–20%)
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices
Mentor junior team members as needed
Ensure best practices in audience segmentation, bidding strategies, campaign structure, and budget pacing
Required Qualifications
5+ years of direct, hands‑on management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Proven success driving performance for eCommerce or DTC brands
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, attribution models, and paid media analytics
Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and native ad platform reporting tools
Experience managing affiliate campaigns
Experience with OPE/Medicare campaigns
Strong analytical skills with a data‑first decision‑making approach
Excellent time management, independence, and self‑motivation
Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and events
Familiarity with AI‑based reporting solutions and machine learning dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a digital agency or managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, ReCharge, or similar eCommerce tools
Experience with creative testing frameworks, A/B testing, and CRO
Exposure to additional paid channels such as Pinterest, Bing, TikTok Ads, or programmatic
Who Should Not Apply
