Position Overview We seek an ambitious

Digital Marketing Coordinator

to join our dynamic team and grow into a senior marketing role. Working closely with our

Senior Operations Manager, COO, CEO, and experienced marketing team , you’ll implement and eventually help develop comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our brand’s mission and engage our global community of creatives.

This is an

where you’ll gain hands‑on experience with launch‑based marketing, evergreen funnels, and campaigns that generate over $5M in revenue, all while being mentored by industry veterans with decades of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with

the Senior Operations Manager and COO to implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals

Work alongside

the CEO and leadership team to ensure marketing initiatives support Art2Life’s “big picture” strategy

Assist in executing

marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, affiliate partnerships, and paid advertising

Contribute ideas

and implement creative growth strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales

Support live calls during launches,

expertly managing chat support while seamlessly multitasking to provide hosts with assets needed during live sessions

Social Media Coordination & Support

Partner with

the CEO to execute comprehensive social media strategies focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and growth through reels

Implement content created by the CEO across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube

Monitor and engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions

Brand Management & Research Support

Assist in maintaining

Art2Life’s brand identity and consistency across all platforms and marketing efforts

Support audience research initiatives to understand customer needs, wants, and desired outcomes

Help craft targeted marketing plans based on research findings

Content Creation & AI-Enhanced Copywriting

Create compelling copy

independently and collaboratively using AI tools for emails, landing pages, social media, and other marketing channels

Utilize AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Perplexity) to enhance productivity and content quality

Learn and implement best practices for AI‑assisted content creation

Customer Journey & Conversion Support

Work with

the Leadership Team to plan, execute, and optimize customer journeys through landing pages and sales funnels

Assist in implementing conversion optimization tests using tools like split‑testing, heatmaps, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking

Learn funnel‑building techniques for both launch and evergreen campaigns

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Generate performance reports for campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement

Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including social media, email campaigns, landing page conversion rates, and SEO data

Present findings to the team with recommendations for optimization

Learning & Growth Focus

Collaborate with

external contractors as needed to enhance marketing capabilities

Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and recommend new tools and technologies

Continuously learn new marketing strategies and bring fresh ideas to reach company goals

Participate in mentorship opportunities with senior team members

What We’re Looking For Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree

in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field

0-3 years

of digital marketing experience with demonstrable results

Proven interest

in launch‑based companies and marketing strategies

Portfolio or examples

of digital marketing work (internships, personal projects, coursework)

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Proficiency with AI tools

(ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Perplexity) for productivity and content creation

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

Basic experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads (or willingness to learn quickly)

Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools (Keap, ActiveCampaign, or similar)

Understanding of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and basic SEO principles

Experience with project management tools (Asana) and collaboration platforms (Slack)
