Design and develop presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and supporting materials
Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive activities aligned with learning objectives
Write clear, concise content that simplifies complex concepts
Ensure accessibility standards and user-friendly digital experiences
Review and edit materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design or training content development
Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, iSpring, EasyGenerator)
Advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
Skilled communicator and collaborative partner
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Video editing/graphic design skills (Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM/xAPI, and accessibility knowledge
