Position Purpose Responsible for developing digital content through Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar communications platform within the member engagement and communications team. Project manage the cross‑functional communication calendar to ensure deployment of all communications.
Responsibilities
Develop digital content by writing engaging content for email, text, and other needed digital communication.
Create graphic design in a communication platform by determining the layout, imagery, and icons to build engaging communication.
Develop web content and functionality for CTAs to ensure communication is connecting to the correct location and driving traffic to needed detail.
Analyze all metrics to understand the effectiveness of communication and test and learn to ensure we are being impactful in our space.
Measure communication performance by developing and analyzing reports to show the impact of communications to leadership and providing recommendations for areas of improvement.
Manage technical issues with the platform and build automated journeys.
Perform communication tests to build a variety of paths for engagement to determine the most impactful path.
Project manage the cross‑functional communication calendar, ensuring orchestration with communication and managing tactic deployments to reduce overlap while ensuring objectives are met.
Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 4+ years of Sales Force Marketing Cloud or similar automation system experience required. Knowledge of HTML and modern programming languages. Strong communication best practices and creativity.
License/Certification Salesforce Marketing Certificate would be preferred but is not required.
Pay Range $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year.
