Responsibilities
Develop engaging digital content for email, text, and other communication channels
Create graphic designs and layouts for effective communication
Analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations
Manage technical issues related to the communication platform and build automated journeys
Oversee the cross-functional communication calendar to ensure coordinated deployments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud or similar automation systems
Proficiency in HTML and modern programming languages
Expertise in communication best practices and creative content development
Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple communication tactics
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Marketing Certificate
