What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee and maintain all social media platforms, creating engaging content to promote BMP’s work
Implement the monthly newsletter publication process and maintain an editorial calendar for outreach
Serve as the point of contact for website needs, drafting copy and managing updates
Support virtual event project management, including marketing and technical assistance
Lead the design and production of visual content to enhance BMP digital programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three years of relevant nonprofit work experience
Demonstrated graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Clear alignment with organizational mission and strong interest in social justice
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Experience with social media networks and email marketing campaigns
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
Self-management skills with a proven ability to work independently
