What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Approve taxonomy, metadata, and classification of the employer’s digital assets
Manage access and usage of digital assets within assigned areas
Provide document approval in the digital asset management system, Veeva PromoMats
Collaborate with Creative Agencies and Job Owners to manage and share promotional content
Ensure compliance with copyright agreements for assets stored in PromoMats
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in library, business, and/or information science, or 3 years of relevant experience
Availability to work in US time zones (EST preferred)
Experience in library science or digital asset management, with knowledge of copyright management
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to operate independently while managing multiple projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with digital asset management systems
Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in promotional material review processes
