What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Approve taxonomy, metadata, and classification of the employer's digital assets
Manage access and usage of digital assets within assigned brands
Collaborate with Creative Agencies and Job Owners to manage, store, and share content
Ensure compliance with copyright agreements for assets in the digital asset management system
Communicate effectively with internal marketing teams and external agencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in library, business, and/or information science, or 3 years of comparable experience
Background in library science or experience with digital asset management and copyright managementProficiency in the English language (written and spoken)
Ability to operate independently while managing multiple projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with digital asset management systems
Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, especially promotional material review processes
