Responsibilities

Write clear, concise copy for Zappos marketing assets Ensure all copy adheres to the established Zappos brand voice, tone & editorial standards Meet tight deadlines in a reactive environment without sacrificing quality Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas & see them through to the customer Research industry trends & track competitors to inform copywriting strategy Proactively identify opportunities to help improve processes & marketing workflows Proofread marketing assets & materials as needed Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Advertising, Marketing, or related field 3+ years professional copywriting experience; fashion retail experience required Near-perfect grammar, editing, & proofreading skills A digital portfolio showcasing strong examples of past work Curiosity & passion for fashion and the latest trends a must Preferred

Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and implementing them in creative ways Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tool In-house brand experience Experience using ai technology as a copywriting tool Benefits
