Amplify ETFs
We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional who combines creativity with strategic thinking and has hands-on experience in ETF product marketing. As ETF Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting product launches, executing marketing campaigns, and developing materials that promote adoption and growth of Amplify ETFs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and Execute ETF Product Launches & Campaigns:
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to support the rollout of new ETFs and targeted marketing initiatives. Conduct Product Research & Competitive Analysis:
Gather insights on market trends and competitor offerings to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. Develop & Update Marketing Collateral:
Create and maintain sales tools, web content, and product materials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and relevance. Drive Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
Partner with marketing colleagues and sales teams to develop campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and adoption of Amplify ETF products. Enhance Digital Marketing Efforts:
Contribute to digital initiatives including website experience, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising to deepen client engagement. Monitor & Report Campaign Performance:
Track campaign metrics, literature usage, and web traffic, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and impact. Collaborate Across Creative & Operations Teams:
Work with advertising, PR, digital, and operations teams to align resources and deliver on product initiatives. Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
Partner with compliance teams to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory guidelines. Proofread & Edit Marketing Content:
Review and refine marketing materials throughout the development and approval process to ensure clarity and compliance. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, communications, or a related field. 4–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in asset management or financial services, with a background in ETF product marketing. Experience supporting ETF product launches and marketing campaigns. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time. Creative thinker with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and compliant messaging. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel); Adobe Suite, Canva, and Hubspot skills are a plus. Working knowledge of investment industry concepts and SEC/FINRA requirements.
