As the Outreach and Marketing Manager, you are responsible for one thing above all else: connection. You will lead the department that connects millions of seekers worldwide to our life‑changing courses and resources. You aren’t just “managing marketing”; you are strategizing how to break down barriers to access. From high-level campaign strategy to the daily execution of social media, email, and paid ads, you will drive the engine that brings students to our virtual doors.
What You’ll Do: 1. Lead the Strategy
Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that segment our audience and deliver the right message at the right time
Promote our learning streams and courses with a singular focus: consistently increasing student registrations
Conduct market research to understand student needs and emerging trends, ensuring our message stays relevant
2. Master the Funnel (Ads & Email)
Manage paid advertising across all platforms, optimizing for performance and efficient ad spend
Own the email channel. You will strategize how to grow our mailing lists and improve open/click rates through compelling copy and segmentation
Run quality assurance on all outgoing comms to ensure perfection
3. Own the Brand Presence (Social & Web)
Oversee the social media calendar, ensuring every post highlights our value and adheres to brand guidelines
Direct the creative team on design assets—you know what looks good and what converts
Collaborate on SEO strategy (organic search, link-building) to ensure our website is discoverable globally
4. Lead the Team
Manage a global team of media assistants and creatives. You will delegate effectively, provide performance reviews, and foster a culture of excellence
Serve as the “Project Manager” for the department, ensuring campaigns launch on time and on spec
Report weekly to executive leadership on KPIs, providing clear insights into what is working and what needs to change
Key Performance Indicators (How You Win):

Consistent month-over-month increase in new course registrations
Reach & Engagement:
Measurable growth in social media followers and engagement rates across key platforms
