The

Communication and Marketing Specialist

will be responsible for driving strategic communication, marketing, branding, and engagement initiatives for

BGSW Hyderabad . The role requires strong communication capabilities, B2B marketing experience, and excellent stakeholder and project management skills.

Drive all

marketing and communication activities

for BGSW Hyderabad.

Strategize, plan, and execute

internal and external branding programs .

Manage

agencies, media partners, and external vendors

in collaboration with central marketing.

Lead

social media marketing , ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate identity.

Conceptualize and execute

internal events, external engagements, and leadership communication formats .

Engage with

industry bodies

for events, awards, and thought-leadership opportunities.

Build and maintain a library of

marketing content

– pitch decks, case studies, videos, whitepapers, etc.

Create and deliver

marketing collateral

for events and communication needs.

Lead

University Branding

initiatives across key institutions and talent pipelines (Campus-to-Corporate).

Manage

digital governance metrics

– website analytics, social media mentions, brand impact studies.

B.E

or

MBA

or master’s in communication / marketing / mass communication

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in B2B / B2C / IT / Telecom / other industries

Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to evaluate brand and communication effectiveness

Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Creative, analytical, and able to conceptualize visual and written brand formats

Mandatory / required skills:

Proficiency in either of the below design & marketing tools: Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in B2B marketing

Strong stakeholder management abilities

Experience in event management and partner/vendor coordination

Experience in creating marketing collaterals

MBA or master’s in communication / marketing / mass communication
