Market products and services through the independent agency system in designated territories Maintain strong communication and relationship management with agents, underwriting departments, and Account Executives Serve as the front-line underwriter for new business and renewal workers’ compensation accounts Gather and present data to the Underwriting Department, including strategic recommendations Travel up to 60% of the time for client meetings and presentations What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree and at least 10+ years of experience in production underwriting or marketing commercial insurance Proven experience with large accounts, preferably in workers’ compensation Knowledge of the Independent Agent system and key agencies in the territory Strong relationship management skills with agents and clients Must reside in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, or Louisville How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
