Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Marketing Manager at Health Law Alliance in Springfield, NJ. You will be responsible for driving execution of the firm’s marketing plans in various verticals. In the first instance, you will work with attorneys to develop comprehensive annual marketing plans that may include landing pages, content schedules (articles, videos, webinars), in‑person conferences, ad campaigns, and competitor research. Your primary role will be to coordinate the execution of the plans, including initial content creation using AI resources and Canva graphics design for attorney review and finalization. Additional job priorities will include landing page audits of our site, coordination with our web developer, developing video and multimedia content to enhance our presence, and executing a social media strategy.
We are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work necessary to grow the firm and build the role into the head of marketing in the future. Total compensation is based on experience, with a starting salary range of $50,000 to $65,000.
Ideal Qualifications
Prior experience in social media marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree and relevant marketing experience
