ReVireo is an energy efficiency and green building services company. We provide a range of consulting, inspection, and certification services to architects, builders, developers, contractors, and building owners. Job Description: ReVireo is looking for an individual to fill the full-time position of Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading all B2B marketing initiatives and campaigns, including coordinating closely with an external marketing agency as needed. This person will own day-to-day marketing execution managing our CRM and email marketing, driving outbound digital and social campaigns, building partnerships to drive customer referrals, developing landing pages and content, and creating collateral that supports revenue growth and brand awareness. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who wants to own B2B marketing functions for a fast-growing company. Job Responsibilities: Collaboration and Leadership Ideate, conceptualize, and implement B2B marketing initiatives and campaigns with creative input from CEO, Chief Product Officer, and VP of Business Development. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather information, understand evolving service offerings, and maintain accurate messaging across all channels. Coordinate with marketing agency to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns, as needed for design, graphics, website updates, and social scheduling, ensuring consistent brand alignment. Develop sales enablement materials (capability one-pagers, builder FAQs, objection-handling guides, code change and incentive program guides) to support sales team and field reps. Produce training webinars, lunch & learns, and builder education sessions on code compliance and certification programs. Maintain a library of project success stories and case studies tied to measurable performance outcomes (kWh reduction, incentives earned, code compliance risk avoided, etc.). Develop and implement multi-channel marketing content, including email marketing, landing pages, social media, and project spotlights. Positioning & Thought Leadership Drive content strategy aligned with evolving building codes, energy programs, rebates, and sustainability mandates. Maintain and refine value propositions and messaging frameworks that differentiate from competitors (speed, accuracy, rebate navigation, reduced delays, etc.). Coordinate and disseminate thought leadership production (white papers, blog posts, LinkedIn campaigns, technical guides) in collaboration with C-Suite. Manage PR opportunities, speaking engagements, and awards programs to elevate the brand. Partnership & Referral Network Development Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic relationships with architects, engineering firms, HVAC contractors, and other referral partners to drive qualified pipeline growth. Represent the company at industry associations and events (RESNET, EnergyStar, EEBA, local builder councils) to expand visibility and partnership opportunities. Build partner enablement toolkits including co-branded collateral, case studies, and referral incentive programs. Track partner engagement and conversion performance to strengthen ongoing collaboration. Systems, Automation & Database Accuracy Define and operationalize lead lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, and marketing analytics dashboards through Salesforce and marketing automation tools. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Description:

Position Requirements: At least five years of experience in related position(s) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com Strong proficiency with LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok Strong proficiency with marketing software platforms, including email marketing General proficiency with other online business technology platforms Excellent attention to detail, as well as organizational and communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently or with minimal supervision Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and deadlines, and willingness to take on many different assignments Location: Ideally based in NJ, NYC, Philadelphia, or the surrounding area. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two in-office days per month, with the potential for increased in-office presence over time. Exceptions may be made for strong candidates to be fully remote. Compensation & Benefits: Salary starting is a minimum of $80,000 per year but negotiable, and will be commensurate with experience, credentials and qualifications.
