We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to help drive the execution of our digital initiatives across owned and paid channels. This role will work closely with the Marketing Director, Digital & Growth and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns, optimize the online customer journey, and drive performance across channels.

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day site content updates, including product launches, landing pages, merchandising, and ongoing enhancements, in partnership with the development team.

Manage day-to-day with 3rd party agencies (i.e., paid media) to ensure proper campaign & channel support.

Prepare content briefs for web, email, paid media, and other digital channels, ensuring brand and campaign alignment.

Assist in Email + SMS builds, testing, and deployment; support audience segmentation and flow creation under Director guidance.

Maintain alignment to company initiatives with a robust promotional and product calendar ensuring all partners are aware and providing support for key initiatives.

Pull and organize weekly/monthly performance data to inform optimization decisions. Ensure campaign initiatives are meeting ROI goals.

Support setup of promotions and ensure accurate implementation across channels.

Cross-functional partnership with the brand operations manager and dev agency to ensure updates factor in logistics and align with the full development roadmap.

Support social commerce initiatives, including product setup, campaign execution, and performance tracking, with additional support on affiliate and creator efforts as needed.

Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields.

Familiarity with paid media/social channels and working with external agencies.

Working knowledge of email/SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred) and basic segmentation/automation best practices.

Experience with Shopify or other CMS.

A strong visual eye and understanding of what makes content engaging, on-brand, and optimized for each channel.

Proficient in pulling, organizing, and interpreting performance data (GA4 or similar).

Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who’s excited to grow alongside a fast-moving company and make a meaningful impact through their work.

Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
