Base Pay Range $115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
About The Role Nili Lotan is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our NYC Team. This position will be responsible for leading and optimizing the performance marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand presence and channel performance. Collaborating horizontally and vertically across the organization to deliver a best-in-class omni-channel and global experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital strategies to drive omni-channel customer acquisition and retention.
Manage paid media campaigns across social, search, and display networks to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
Manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and strategic partners.
Manage and streamline digital marketing asset production; email, display, paid social ads and affiliate content.
Partner with Ecommerce Manager to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
Ensure data integrity across platforms and vendors.
Constantly seek optimization opportunities through creative, copy and landing page analysis.
Communicate performance results and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Plan and oversee execution of digital marketing calendar, including email, SMS, and paid media.
Devise and execute A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements. Testing includes subject lines, message content, CTAs, segmentation, send time, and new features intended to drive performance lift.
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.
Maintain standard daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to support business needs.
Monitor digital marketing trends, best practices, new technologies and competitor activity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5+ years of related experience preferred.
Experience managing successful paid media campaigns and digital growth initiatives.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; high-level competence in Excel required.
Strong creative and critical thinking to problem-solve, as needed.
Exceptional follow-through with attention to detail/a high level of accuracy.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
