Role Description We are seeking a
Senior Creative Strategist
to be a key contributor to our growth marketing efforts, helping to shape creative strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. You’ll collaborate closely with internal creative teams, external creative partners, and cross‑functional groups to develop and refine advertising concepts tailored to our diverse audience. Your focus will be on aligning our creative work with brand strategy while optimizing performance across all paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative development process with both in‑house teams and external partners, leveraging customer and performance insights to drive content across platforms like Meta and TikTok.
Oversee the entire creative lifecycle, from initial ideation through briefing to delivering final assets that resonate with our target audience.
Regularly monitor ad performance across paid social channels and provide actionable insights to guide future creative strategies.
Work closely with teams across paid social, brand marketing, and analytics to ensure that our creative strategies support our broader business goals.
Oversee multiple creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in creative strategy, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and optimizing creative for paid social channels.
Strong understanding of data analysis and performance metrics related to digital marketing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
