As our Affiliate Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Wuffes’ reach by activating and deepening relationships with the largest publishers in the world. You’ll bring together the goals of each partner with the goals of every channel - Amazon, DTC, Chewy, and more - to create strategies that drive meaningful traffic and measurable growth. This role thrives on initiative; you’ll open doors, build momentum, and champion the opportunities that move our brand forward.
Your responsibilities
Drive significant Amazon revenue growth, through high-performing affiliate partnerships and strategic publisher placements.
Secure 2–3 commerce articles each month by activating and expanding relationships with top publishers and affiliate partners.
Grow DTC performance by developing programs with partners like StackCommerce, GiddyUp, and other high-intent affiliate networks.
Collaborate across teams to align offers, creative, and channel strategy while identifying new opportunities to open doors with major publishers.
Lead with initiative, proactively forging relationships, spotting trends, and shaping a scalable roadmap for affiliate-driven growth.
✅ What you bring
Existing connections in the affiliate space, ideally including commerce editors, affiliate managers, or digital publishers.
3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally with exposure to pet brands and strongly preferred experience managing Amazon affiliate strategy.
Experience influencing publisher pipelines, negotiating placements, and driving measurable performance.
Comfort working with affiliate tools, networks, and performance dashboards (Amazon Associates, Impact, Skimlinks, etc. a plus).
