Outsource Ability is thrilled to announce a full-time Content Creator Outreach/TikTok Shop Manager position for an innovative e-commerce brand in the health and wellness industry. This role is perfect for a creative individual who is passionate about social media and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize TikTok Shop listings, promotions, and campaigns.
Conduct outreach to creators via TikTok, Instagram, and freelance platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partnered creators.
Negotiate collaboration terms and manage ongoing creator partnerships.
Track creator performance, ROI, and campaign impact.
Work closely with marketing team to integrate creator content into broader campaigns.
Ensure all TikTok Shop compliance requirements and best practices are met.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in content creation or influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of TikTok.
Technical Skills:
Must have a reliable
solar and/or UPS
system, a headset, and a laptop/computer to perform tasks effectively.
Communication:
Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for effective outreach and collaboration.
Work Environment:
A quiet location to work from, ensuring minimal distractions during work hours.
Internet Connection:
Fast and reliable internet is required to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
Tax Responsibilities:
As this is an international remote role, candidates must be prepared to file their own taxes.
