What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Run a proven multi-touch sales process, optimizing it through testing, feedback, and performance data

Diagnose prospect challenges quickly, build trust, and position the employer as a strategic growth partner

Engage new opportunities and nurture leads through multi-channel outreach including LinkedIn, email, and phone calls

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to enhance messaging and approach

Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and unlock new opportunity segments

What is Required (Qualifications):

At least 3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in an Inside Sales role within a sales-driven organization

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs in competitive environments

Exceptional communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation abilities

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously

Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other AI prospecting tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Sales experience in an eCommerce agency or digital marketing/web development environment

Comfortable working within structured sales frameworks and contributing to their evolution
