We are seeking a
Senior UX Designer
to join a multidisciplinary Digital Customer Experience team focused on creating intuitive, scalable digital experiences for both customer- and employee-facing products.
In this role, you’ll work within a
cross-functional Agile team , influencing product and design decisions from early concept through delivery. Depending on organizational needs, this role may sit within
Product-focused delivery teams
or
Design Operations , helping scale standards, processes, and systems across the enterprise.
You’ll leverage your expertise in
interaction design, visual design, information architecture, user research, and UX strategy
to deliver thoughtful, data-informed experiences that balance user needs and business goals.

What You’ll Do
Influence product decisions using
UX best practices, design principles, and research insights
Partner with Engineering to design solutions that are effective, efficient, and feasible
Collect, analyze, synthesize, and act on user feedback to evolve UX deliverables
Clearly present design work and rationale using strong storytelling and presentation skills
Provide regular status updates, risks, and dependencies using project management tools
Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members to drive progress
Design
visual styles, interaction patterns, and flows
aligned with design systems and standards
Create
conceptual diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Apply systems thinking and strong information architecture to complex experiences
Define research strategies tied to outcomes; develop usability test plans, scripts, and scenarios
Conduct research using methods such as heuristic reviews, user interviews, and moderated/unmoderated testing
Regularly formulate and test hypotheses throughout design iterations
Lead
end-to-end UX design processes , from ideation through implementation
Mentor and guide other designers to foster growth and collaboration
Ensure designs are
responsive, adaptive, and accessible
across desktop and mobile platforms
Minimum Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, Library Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience
as a UX practitioner (UX Design, Interaction Design, or similar)
Experience working closely with Engineers in an
Agile environment
from concept through implementation
Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines, product lines, geographies, and time zones
Experience with
remote unmoderated and moderated usability testing platforms
Hands‑on experience designing
responsive, adaptive, and accessible
experiences
Experience designing for
mobile (iOS & Android), web, and desktop applications
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years of UX design experience
Experience with
accessibility standards
(WCAG 2.0 AA), localization, and inclusive design
Ability to adopt, contribute to, and advocate for
design systems and design standardization
Experience working in both
Product-focused and Design Operations
environments
Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex systems and workflows
Excellent organizational skills; ability to structure and label complex flows and wireframes
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Deep understanding of
qualitative and quantitative research methods
Strong grasp of
user-centered design principles
and current web/app design trends
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as
generative AI and spatial computing
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Rally, Aha!, etc.)
Strong storytelling and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and tradeoffs
