We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to help us manage our social media presence, support content initiatives, and keep our firm’s brand fresh and engaging.
Job Description We are seeking a Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our law firm’s marketing initiatives and help elevate our brand presence. This role will focus on managing the social media calendar, organizing and overseeing content shoots, and coordinating the creation of engaging marketing materials (filming experienced required). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic Business Development
Develop and execute the firm’s referral and partnership strategy
Lead expansion of the referral network through high-level relationship building
Analyze referral performance and adjust strategies for growth
Brand & Marketing Leadership
Own the firm’s brand strategy and messaging across all platforms
Lead major branding initiatives, including rebranding efforts
Set firmwide marketing standards and guidelines
External Relations & Representation
Serve as liaison to key partners, media, and professional organizations (press for cases)
Represent the firm at high-profile legal and business events
Oversee media interactions and reputation management
Events, Sponsorships & Budget Oversight
Approve and oversee sponsorship and event strategy
Manage marketing events budgets and vendor relationships
Ensure ROI and strategic alignment of all external initiatives
