Essential Functions
Property Management
Efficiently handle all resident issues, including service requests, complaints, lease renewals, and community newsletters.
Provide training and technical assistance to leasing personnel; oversee maintenance personnel and assist when needed.
Assist in hiring, disciplining, reviewing, and terminating on‑site associates per company policies.
Oversee activity of outside contractors/vendors and ensure proper key sign‑out procedures.
Accounting
Collect rents and manage delinquent accounts in conjunction with leasing associates.
Maintain accurate financial records and understand the budget process, monthly statements, and related directives.
Perform banking, bill processing, and end‑of‑month reports.
Leasing
Market and lease apartments, demonstrating competency in all sales areas.
Maintain cleanliness and standards of clubhouse, model units, and vacant apartments.
Process, sign, and oversee leases and related forms.
Coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs with maintenance and leasing associates.
Inspect apartments before new residents move in and ensure resident gifts are placed.
Marketing
In charge of property marketing and resident retention.
Follow VP of Marketing recommendations for leasing and marketing strategies.
Exceptional Customer Experience
Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
Handle resident inquiries promptly and courteously.
