Your Role In Our Team

You will handle all aspects of design engineering work

You will use Creo Parametric to model purchase parts and custom parts

You will draft detailed multi‑view drawings of machine modules and products

You will perform research on design of manufacturing processes

You will consider all design possibilities to build an innovative, robust and cost‑competitive product

You will perform research on state‑of‑the‑art and technological trends in the field of target machine module and product

You will perform prototyping activities of new product development

You will evaluate and approve designs, specifications, and drawing releases according to internal URS

You will perform formal DFMEA with the design team and develop tests to validate new developed technological solution based on the risk assessment

You will develop in collaboration with KMS sister companies standardized machine interface as required

You will review product design for compliance and engineering principles, company standards, and internal URS requirements

You will present developed technological solution and project progress to selected management team for product development

You will apply knowledge of gate process for internal development projects if required

You will work with vendors, customers, KMS sister companies and employees on a professional level

You will control expenditures and internal development resources within limitations of project budget

You will plan the development project and track the progress of activities according to agreed timeline

You will specify and order integrated tools/equipment

You will troubleshoot to solve problems related to assigned projects

You will load and maintain model trees and BOMs from Creo into ERP system

You will conduct research and review of relevant patents and documents to prepare state‑of‑the‑art descriptions for patent submissions

You will travel as required to support the research, design, development, testing, and demonstration of new and innovative products

You will facilitate the transition of product knowledge from R&D to production, with the appropriate departments

Your Profile

You have a B.S. degree in Mechanical, Robotics/Automation Engineering

You have experience in a manufacturing environment with machining and mechanical assembly preferred

You have previous experience or familiarity with automation equipment

You have a minimum of two years’ design engineering experience or equivalent

You are able to travel up to 10% of the year

You are able to demonstrate computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

You are capable of designing new concepts and standards

You have the ability to think ahead and plan over a 3–6 month time span

You can display great leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

You are able to display a high skill level in CREO software

You must be able to make good decisions independently

You are able to develop a new product
