Account and Delivery Manager: Engineering, Infra and IT hiring Specialist Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite) Contract: 6-12+ months Client: HCL America Eligibility: USC, GC and GC EAD only Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Telecommunications and Modem Testing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field Hands‑on testing experience in 5G/4G/3G Cellular modem chipset or device (UE) protocol conformance, performance, and interoperability Strong understanding of 3GPP and Carrier specifications for LTE and NR Experience executing test plans targeting 5G NR and LTE L2/L3 protocol features (RLC, PDCP, MAC, RRC, NAS) Expertise in 3GPP/IMS protocol call flows to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues in UE/network interactions Ability to isolate complex issues across multiple protocol layers and identify root causes using trace analysis tools Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to lead and drive testing activities Hands‑on experience with test equipment for GCF, PTCRB, Carrier certification (e.g., Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz) Non‑Terrestrial Networks (NTN) testing experience highly desirable Additional Notes Update LinkedIn ID required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
