Account and Delivery Manager: Engineering, Infra and IT hiring Specialist
Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite)
Contract: 6-12+ months
Client: HCL America
Eligibility: USC, GC and GC EAD only
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Telecommunications and Modem Testing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
- Hands‑on testing experience in 5G/4G/3G Cellular modem chipset or device (UE) protocol conformance, performance, and interoperability
- Strong understanding of 3GPP and Carrier specifications for LTE and NR
- Experience executing test plans targeting 5G NR and LTE L2/L3 protocol features (RLC, PDCP, MAC, RRC, NAS)
- Expertise in 3GPP/IMS protocol call flows to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues in UE/network interactions
- Ability to isolate complex issues across multiple protocol layers and identify root causes using trace analysis tools
- Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to lead and drive testing activities
- Hands‑on experience with test equipment for GCF, PTCRB, Carrier certification (e.g., Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz)
- Non‑Terrestrial Networks (NTN) testing experience highly desirable
