We’re launching a new slate of data‑backed content and creator partnership products, and we’re looking for a sales leader to help bring them to market.

The Role We’re hiring a Creator Partnerships Sales Lead to drive revenue across the creator, brand, and digital media ecosystem. This role lives at the intersection of content, creators, brands, and data.

You’ll own the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and pitching to negotiating and closing—while collaborating closely with branded content, business development, and insights teams.

This is a role for someone who knows how to sell ideas, partnerships, and outcomes, not just impressions.

What You’ll Do

Pitch and close revenue‑generating creator and branded content partnerships with brands, agencies, and creator networks

Leverage your existing relationships to unlock new business and strategic partnerships

Collaborate with internal teams to shape and refine video and social products based on market feedback

Build and evolve go‑to‑market materials that showcase Ranker Insights, audience data, and social scale

Identify and negotiate white‑label, co‑branded, and licensing deals with creators and media partners

Stay ahead of creator economy trends and translate them into actionable revenue opportunities

You’re a Strong Fit If You:

Already have relationships with brands, agencies, creators, or media partners

Have a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue

Understand how to sell content, partnerships, and creative solutions (not just CPMs)

Are fluent in creator economy models, branded content, social monetization, and digital media KPIs

Love creative packaging and turning ideas into must‑buy opportunities

Are self‑directed, competitive, and motivated by upside

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in digital media sales, branded content, partnerships, or the creator economy

Demonstrated success closing sponsorships or partnership deals

Strong understanding of platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels

Excellent pitching and storytelling skills paired with a strong business mindset

Bonus Points

Experience selling data‑backed or insights‑driven products

Background at a social platform, influencer agency, or creator network

Compensation This is a growth‑focused role with real upside.

Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000

Commission: Generous, performance‑based

Total Compensation: Top performers can realistically 2–3x their base salary.
