The Role We’re looking for a seasoned performance marketer with strong strategic instincts and excellent client-facing presence. This role is not purely executional — it requires someone who can own acquisition strategy, manage meaningful budgets, and confidently lead conversations with brand founders and senior operators.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a client-facing performance lead
Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
Proactively surface risks and opportunities
Create and present performance reports to Brand stakeholders
Own acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Manage multi-channel paid media budgets for $5M+ e-commerce brands and lead gen businesses.
Lead a team of paid specialists across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Performance Ownership
Own LTV:CAC, MER, ROAS performance narratives
Collaborate on forecasting and budget planning
Own new customer / lead growth, delivering client expectations
Required Experience
4+ years in paid media / performance marketing
Prior client-facing experience
Experience with e-commerce and CPG brands ($1M+ revenue)
Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Soft Skills & Mindset
Strategic, business-oriented thinker
Comfortable owning outcomes
Strong oral and written command of English language
