Work model: onsite (4‑5 days per week). Shift: standard business hours. Employment type: temporary, full‑time, 3‑month assignment. Hourly rate: $40.00–$42.00.

Required skills: Fashion industry knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel, technical design.

Required experience: 7+ years in technical design with intimates or apparel; 3+ years hands‑on experience with MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Flex PLM; 0–3 years with Centric PLM.

Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Independent contributor responsible for executing the technical design process from development to final fit.

Analyze and evaluate garments to develop accurate fit specifications.

Ensure product development aligns with fit quality standards, manufacturer capabilities, and cost specifications.

Develop technical specifications and communicate fit to vendors/factories for approvals and corrections.

Make necessary adjustments with factories to maintain prototype integrity while monitoring quality and price.

Report to the Technical Services Manager.

Direct Assistant or Associate Technical Designers when appropriate.
