Insurance Producer – Commercial Lines

Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking with local businesses, centers of influence, and referral partners across a range of industries. Consult with business owners and executives to assess risk exposures and recommend tailored insurance programs. Develop customized proposals and present professional, consultative solutions designed to protect clients’ assets, operations, and employees. Collaborate with carrier partners and BayCoast’s in-house marketing and account management teams to structure competitive coverage and pricing. Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive service, annual policy reviews, and responsive support that drives retention and referrals. Maintain accurate sales and pipeline data within the agency CRM to manage leads and monitor production goals. Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics established by the organization. Qualifications
Active MA or RI Property & Casualty Producer license. BayCoast will work with the right candidate to obtain the required licensing. Proven experience in commercial insurance sales, account management, or business development (preferred). Strong understanding of business operations, commercial risk exposures, and insurance coverages (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
