Responsibilities
Take high quality photographs at all different activity areas and of every camper each week. Ideally, capture unique and exciting new moments/memories. Also capture group photographs for each camper group.
Coordinate with senior leadership on best method and timing to release photographs to camper families and produce photos as discussed. Ideally at least twice per week.
Coordinate with marketing team on best method and timing to release photographs to the public and produce photos as discussed. Ideally at least once per week.
Coordinate with the marketing team to produce any specific photographs or videos they may need.
Oversee the Counselor In Training (CIT) program, including greeting CITs, setting goals with them, providing responsibilities or activities to help them meet those goals, and assisting them in evaluating their goals. Help CITs connect with others at camp to increase the likelihood they will return to the camp.
Assist senior leadership in evaluating and improving the CIT program. Help set up connection points for CITs after their camp session to gather feedback and encourage future returns.
Assist senior leadership in setting up connection points and in categorizing and labeling camper, CIT, and counselor photos to promote post‑camp connections.
