Photographer/CIT Coordinator- Camp Accomplish

Photo & Documentation Responsibilities
Take high quality photographs at all activity areas and of every camper each week. Ideally, capture unique and exciting new moments/memories plus group photographs for each camper group.
Coordinate with senior leadership on best method and timing to release photographs to camper families (at least twice per week).
Coordinate with marketing team on best method and timing to release photographs to the public at large (at least once per week).
Coordinate with marketing team to produce any specific photographs or videos they may need.
CIT Program Oversight
Oversee Counselor In Training (CIT) program: greet CITs, set goals, create responsibilities/activities, evaluate goals, connect them to others at camp to increase likelihood of return.
Assist senior leadership in evaluating and improving the CIT program; set up connection points for CITs after camp; gather feedback and encourage return.
Assist senior leadership in setting up connection points and labeling photos (camper, CIT, counselor) to promote connection after camp.
