Job Description As an Architectural Designer at Complete Design, you will play a pivotal role in assisting larger projects and leading smaller‑scale design and development, resulting in exceptional architectural projects. Collaborating closely with clients, engineers, and project teams, you will conceptualize, plan, and execute design solutions that respond to functional needs, aesthetic aspirations, and site context. Your creativity, technical acumen, and commitment to design excellence will contribute to the realization of impactful projects across diverse industries.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to develop design concepts and solutions that meet client needs and project requirements.
Produce architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using computer‑aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions, including site analysis, code research, and material selection.
Prepare and coordinate architectural documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Participate in client meetings, design charrettes, and presentations to communicate design concepts and progress.
Assist in the coordination of project documentation and ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality throughout the design process.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities and expertise.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects and design skills.
Proficiency in computer‑aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong design sensibility and creativity, with the ability to develop innovative and compelling design solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
Willingness to follow up with clients is a must.
Practical construction experience is preferred.
Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
