Create engaging and high-quality video, audio, and multimedia content that supports training initiatives Develop visual and written materials such as instructional guides and eLearning modules to enhance agent learning Utilize video editing software to produce professional-quality video content aligned with training goals Oversee multiple media projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of materials Assess the effectiveness of media materials by gathering feedback and making revisions as needed What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Media Production, or a related area 2-5 years of experience in instructional design or training development Experience working in a contact center environment is preferred Experience in multimedia content creation (videos, eLearning, job aids) Proven background in project coordination How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
