Create engaging and high-quality video, audio, and multimedia content to support training initiatives Develop visual and written materials, such as instructional guides and eLearning modules, ensuring clarity and consistency Edit and produce professional-quality video content that aligns with training goals and brand standards Partner with training teams and subject matter experts to identify content needs and integrate multimedia into the curriculum Oversee multiple media projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of final materials What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Media Production, or a related area 2-5 years of experience in instructional design or training development Experience in multimedia content creation (videos, eLearning, job aids) Proven background in project coordination Experience working in a contact center environment is preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
