Job Purpose : Unily is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help scale our global operations. This role is central to how we run marketing, from the systems we use to the processes that connect our work to revenue. You'll support key parts of the tech stack, execute operational projects end to end, and support both central and regional teams with structure, insight, and solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented team member who moves confidently across platforms, understands the demands of revenue marketing, and brings a data-driven mindset to problem-solving. You should be comfortable navigating complexity, anticipating needs before they're raised, and building systems that scale. Important:

This is a remote US-based role supporting a London-based manager and working alongside UK and US stakeholders. To support effective communication across time zones, the expected working hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST. Main Responsibilities

Operate the marketing tech stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, and more. Ensure clean data, connected systems, and usable reporting Provide operational support for campaigns and programs, ensuring scalable and repeatable processes across teams and regions Build reports and dashboards across the tech stack to help teams understand performance and make better decisions Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Ops, and regional teams to align goals, timelines, and execution Spot gaps, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and proactively address them Support balance between global consistency and regional nuance Execute cross-functional projects from start to finish Requirements

Strong experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tableau, including advanced data structures and integrations. HubSpot workflow creation/management, process building, and mapping how logic flows interact is essential. In-depth knowledge of multi-channel data structures, including source tracking and UTM/referral path best practices Experience managing the full marketing vendor lifecycle (selection, negotiation, contracting, design, implementation, training, maintenance) Understanding of revenue marketing, demand generation, ABM, and how marketing connects to pipeline and growth Proactive mindset; anticipate needs, flag risks early, and solve problems without prompting Strategic doer who balances high-level thinking with hands-on execution; prioritize tasks to move the needle Ability to simplify complex technical details for executive-level audiences Excellent stakeholder management; ability to influence, prioritize, and keep initiatives moving High proficiency across marketing operations; comfortable with platforms, data, and process design Ability to work quickly, communicate clearly, and adapt to fast-changing environments Dynamic, comfortable moving quickly and navigating the complexity of a scale-up Why Work for Unily?
