Position: Community Manager

The Community Manager oversees the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager, covering personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Personnel Management: screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on‑site staff; create schedules; address performance issues; promote a positive work environment. Financial Management: achieve highest possible net operating income through cost control and revenue improvement; develop budgets and forecasts; manage rent and vendor payments; prepare accurate financial reports. Strategic Leasing Management: develop annual marketing plans, execute leasing strategies, document leases, and maintain accurate reporting. Resident Relations: address resident complaints and requests, implement retention programs, and ensure high satisfaction. Administrative & Maintenance Management: oversee reporting, lead emergency response, monitor service requests, maintain property appearance, manage resources and vendors, and oversee maintenance/work order completion. Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred. Basic computer skills and understanding of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. Physical Requirements

Regular communication and repetitive hand/wrist motions; OT, weekend, and night work during emergencies. Standing, sitting, walking; occasional ladder or stair use; lifting/sustaining up to 25 lbs.; exposure to varying temperatures and environments. License / Equipment

Must have reliable transportation for on‑call emergency duties. Salary Range

$65,000 – $70,000 per year. Benefits
