Business Development & Marketing Coordinator
Full‑time position in New York City with Ovadia Design Group.
Salary range: $50 000–$100 000 per year, with commission opportunities.
Job Description We are seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Coordinator with a passion for design. You will be the right hand to the Principal, helping to organize sales initiatives and keep our brand active on social media. This role involves research, on‑site content capture, and supporting pitch development.
Responsibilities
Research new real‑estate developments and community projects in the Tri‑State area to identify key decision makers.
Own and manage our Instagram & LinkedIn accounts – schedule posts, engage with followers, and turn project photos into compelling content.
Create clean, compelling pitch decks and maintain the CRM database to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
Attend industry trade shows (e.g., BDNY) and visit project sites to capture behind‑the‑scenes content.
Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, and social media management; experience in Design, Real Estate, or Architecture is a huge plus.
Proficient with social‑media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and standard CRM tools.
Strong organizational skills – love lists, calendars, and maintaining a clean database.
Excellent communication, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced studio environment.
Must have an online portfolio to be considered.
