We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator who is familiar with the business of design. You will be the right hand to the Principal, helping to organize sales efforts and keep our brand buzzing on social media. This is not a “sit behind a desk” role; you will be researching leads one day and capturing content at a construction site the next.
What You’ll Do
Find the opportunities: research new real‑estate developments and community projects in the Tri‑State area, identifying key contacts.
Manage the digital brand: own our Instagram and LinkedIn, schedule posts, engage followers, and transform project photos into compelling content.
Support the pitch: help create beautiful pitch decks, organize our CRM database, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
Get out there: occasionally attend industry trade shows (e.g., BDNY) and visit project sites to capture behind‑the‑scenes content.

Job Requirements
You love lists, calendars and keeping things tidy – a clean database is a goldmine.
You understand what looks good on social posts and know how to write captions that get engagement, not just likes.
You aren’t afraid to dig to find the name of a developer or decision‑maker.
You have 3–4 years of experience in marketing, sales and social media management; experience in design, real‑estate or architecture is a huge plus.
Proficient in social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and standard CRM tools.
Excellent communication, time‑management and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced studio environment.
Must provide portfolio to be considered (upload it with your cover letter).
